Sandra Elrine Hamrick, a woman of unwavering spirit, who lived life on her own terms, passed away on May 18th, 2023, at the age of 60. Sandra's journey touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, compassion, and love.


Born on December 1st, 1962, to Eldrid Hamrick and Evelyn Hamilton, Sandra embraced her role as a mother to five children with unwavering devotion. Through she faced challenges with her beloved kids, Sandra's determination and unwavering love led her to rebuild those relationships, demonstrating the power of forgiveness and resilience.


Service work was at the core of Sandra's being, and she dedicated her life to helping others, even during times when she had nothing. Her selflessness and compassion knew no bounds as she extended a helping hand to those in need, bringing comfort and support to those facing adversity.


Sandra had a special affinity for driftwood art, collecting unique pieces from the Pacific Ocean. Through her creative talents, she transformed these weathered treasures into stunning works of art, sharing her appreciation for nature's beauty with others.


Sandra had a fantastic personality that brought joy and laughter to those around her. Quick-witted and infectiously humorous, she had the remarkable ability to make people laugh. Her laughter was contagious, and she spread joy wherever she went.


Animals held a special place in Sandra's heart, particularly guppies, cats, and pugs. Her nurturing and protective instincts earned her the reputation of being a mother bear, always ensuring the well-being of those under her care.


Sandra's love for the beach was a passion that she cherished. The soothing sound of crashing waves and the feel of sand beneath her feet brought her solace and tranquility. Going to the movies was another favorite pastime, allowing her to escape into different worlds and immerse herself in storytelling.


Sandra had a deep love for red and white roses, finding beauty and significance in their vibrant colors. Her son's dry humor brought her pride, and she cherished their bond.


Sandra's favorite saying, "We are only human," resonated with her understanding of the imperfections and complexities of life. She approached each day with an open heart, embracing her scatterbrain nature with grace and a generous spirit.


In accordance with Sandra's wishes, her service will be dealt with privately, providing her loved ones with an intimate setting to celebrate her life, share memories, and find solace in one another's company.


Sandra's memory will forever be cherished by her children, their families, her extended family, and friends. Her dedication to helping other, infectious laughter, and loving spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have her touch their lives.


Rest in peace, dear Sandra. Your vibrant personality, boundless love, and laughter will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew you. May your soul find eternal peace, and may your legacy of compassion and laughter continue to bring light to the world. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as your spirit lives on through the laughter and joy you shared with others.
