JoAnn L. Billings

October 14, 1935 - December 31, 2023

JoAnn L. Billings passed away December 31, 2023 in Coquille at the age of 88.

On October 14, 1935, JoAnn was born to Clifford and Pearl Williams in Coquille, Oregon.

In 1954, JoAnn met her husband, Charles Billings and went on to raise two sons.

JoAnn went on to become the first woman hired at Roseburg Lumber and was employed with them for

over 30 years.

JoAnn loved traveling to Mexico with her partner, Ray. She will be forever remembered for her ability to

live, love, and laugh.

JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Billings. She is survived by her son, Guy Billings of Coquille, Dan Billings of Coquille, and her grand and great grandchildren.
